Does this product protect against black fly bites?

I do not know about black flies specifically but when used in hot climates the repellant seems to be pretty effective against all flying insects having been used in many S E and South Asian countries especially.

Does this contain the same ingredients as the products for mosquitoes? Or is this not as strong. Thanks
