Pukka Tea Organic Variety Pack with 20 Flavors, 2 of Each (40 Count), Includes The Curated Pantry Gift Tag

Received 40 teabags tossed into a non-descript cardboard box (no gift tag). Would not have made an impressive gift if that had been my intention. I didn't think to inventory the varieties until I read the other reviews but soon discovered that I had not received 2 each of 20 flavors as advertised - in fact, I received 4 Turmeric Active and 4 Turmeric Glow which weren't even mentioned in the ad, as well as 4 Three Mint, 4 Detox, and 4 Night Time. That means there are at least 5 flavors missing...disappointing as one reason for buying this assortment was to try some new flavors. Still, it's good tea and was delivered on time. Too bad I won't get to try anything new, though....

I love the teas. Packaging is very basic so not great as a gift. Advertised as 2 packs of 20 different flavors but I got 3 packs of 13 flavors. So I was shorted. Great tasting teas!

tldr: It's a good value IF you are ok with whatever random assortment of flavors they send you, and having fewer than 20 flavors. If you want to get what it says is included, DO NOT order as that's not what you'll get.I always read reviews on here, somehow got caught up in the process and didn't for this item, boy do I wish I had. 20 of the 40 teas were what they were supposed to be (2 each of Night Time, After Dinner, Detox, Love, Vanilla Chai, Elderberry & Echinacea, Supreme Matcha Green, Three Mint, Three Ginger, and Chamomile Vannilla & Manuka Honey. The remaining 10 were were not what it says they'll be and not even 10 different kinds. Got a whopping 6 of Turmeric Glow (which I don't need), 4 Lemon Ginger & Manuka Honey, 3 Relax, 2 Blackcurrant Beauty, 2 Revitalize, 1 extra Chamomile Vanilla & Manuka Honey, and 2 Peppermint & Licorice. Oh and there was no gift card or anything resembling one.All they have to do if they want to do a random sampler is remove the list and pictures of specific flavors, state that it's random, and at least make an effort to do 2 each of 20 teas. How hard would that be?I'm returning because I spent a bunch of time picking out items to order based on which flavors I already have and don't have, and only 4 teabags of the 40 I got (2 of 16 flavors) are ones I wanted . Plus why would I want to support a seller that either intentionally or out of incompetence continues misrepresenting what they're selling?

I am a fan of Pukka tea. But my package was not 2 of 20 different kind of teas. It was 3 of 12 different kinds of tea and 4 of 1 kind of tea. I don't mind that I only got 13 kinds instead of 20 but the fact that you don't even have the option to return is what makes you feel like you've been lied to. It's disappointing.

I did not like the way it was packaged. Ill-fitting box. Teabags placed in haphazardly. Evidently some sort of accident! However, I love this tea!

I liked the blends of 2 or 3 teas, not readily available elsewhere. i even put 2 different teas in one cup.

As other reviews mentioned, this is not as described. The flavors are randomly packaged. The Pukka brand is great and the 3 stars is for the description being off. Purchased it as part of some stocking stuffers for Christmas so it works out for the price. But flavors like Womankind, Jasmine, Star Anise etc. weren't included. Probably harder to come by. This is a good pack if you don't mind which flavors. Amazon needs to fix the description so they don't hurt the brand.

Did not get what was advertised. Supposed to get two packs of 20 different flavors received 9 flavors different flavors not 20

Every single tea has fennel or lavender in it. I'm not a big fennel person and I find lavender tastes like soap. My fault for not researching the flavours but I also found the tea itself was weak and didn't steep very nicely.
