Perfect for beginners. I ordered an empty one and filled with old clothes and cotton. But do put some kind of weight at the bottom which helps it retain its position when u punch and doesn't moves too much. I put some sand in plastic bag at the bottom and filled the rest with old clothes of mine and some rough cotton which is found in local matresses. Build quality is superb. Stitching is perfect. Material is faux leather which is also good quality one. Only use for punches not for kicks as it is meant for boxing only. Hanging chain is also provided which is also of very good quality. Overall a nice product for beginners and intermediate users. Stay fit work hard 👍

Received damaged product and also didn't received hanging chain

Would not hav given a single star also by simply filling with cotton its stitching is coming out so think what sand will do worst only hanged 2 times and max 30 punch and 10 kicks this happened

I have purchased 4 feet long, but its good for a 6 feet long person.Loved it really. Product is as mentioned in description. Under this price its the best product.Good leather, Chain, but it would be better if they have provided the chain little bit longer.

Buy 2 or 3ft size. 4 ft is too big.

Nice one for the price, sturdy and strong..Need to fill right amount of weight to take complete advantage.
