The fastest insurance claim that was paid out in history lol!! Filing a claim was super easy. Once I packaged my product, took it to the delivery service and they scanned my label, my gift card was available same day.

Easy to set up.

This is a great product to have on any given day of the week to secure the product of purchase with a great two year warranty. However had to return it due to the poor computer that was shipped & then returned, thank you.

Purchase a refurb PC. Just wanted a bit of a safety net, however unit has not failed. Would highly recommended the seller also. Shipped a better computer than ordered, but would not fit into the area that was built for it. Returned and promptly received the item that was originally ordered.

Our computer stopped working and we were within the warranty we had purchased. The warranty company originally said it was not something covered but when we took it to a computer repair store they confirmed it was something that should be covered under the warranty so we then received a refund immediately.

THIS PRODUCT IS A SCAM! They will sell this on products with warranties. I called them about an issue with my refurbished laptop. They refused to work on it because of a pre-existing warranty. WHY DO YOU SELL A PLAN ON A PRODUCT WHERE NEARLY HALF OF THE PLAN DURATION OF THE PRODUCT IS COVERED BY THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY? MORE IMPORTANT, why do you refuse to fix something when I have a plan that says YOU will cover it? Offer this to me 8 months later, when I have an expiring warranty. Do not offer me this WHEN IT IS ALREADY COVERED!

I liked it
