Does anyone know where we can get replacement gaskets for the Westmark Cherry Stoner?

How does it handle the larger sweet cherries?

My tree has very large sour cherries. This is much better than the other (white) brand at handling large cherries.

Can this be used to pit olives

I don't believe this will work. The olive adheres strongly to the pit and needs to be cut away from the flesh. The cherry stoner pushes the pit through the fruit.

What material is the plunger/pitter made of?

The base is probably polycarbonate. The body is cast metal. The plunger handle is plastic, the plunger itself is some very hard machined metal.
