Classic Frisbee 90g Polybag, assorted colors

It's amazing that the Frisbee isn't still on store shelves. This is a great toy with a great heritage. Keeps the kids together for hours at a time. It's easy to learn how play with it. This is the "Amature" version which weighs a bit less. Great toy!!!!

Wham-O should be ashamed of themselves. They've cut corners so much on this product, it's not much better than the junk you would find at the Dollar Tree. The disc is thin and flimsy, with not much of a lip for grasping. You can find a better quality Frisbee at Five Below for less money.

I last ordered this in December of 2014, paid $4.40 through the Amazon Add-on Program and had it sent to an APO/FPO military address. It's the classic Frisbee, just like the name says, and comes in strong colors that are easy to see flying through the air. It flies well, it's inexpensive and it's entertaining. It's hard for me to imagine how anyone could complain about this product, especially at this price.

The frisbee is quality and looks like it will last for a while, if you don't care about color buy with confidence. We thought we were getting a blue frisbee, a lime green one showed up. I assumed they were offering it in assorted colors not that they were going going to select a color at random. This was a disappointment for us because we wanted blue. We bought this one because there wasn't any logos on top that were bold so we can put our own vinyl design onto it. My daughter has decided to just make the vinyl blue so she still has blue on her frisbee. We thought putting a vinyl design onto the top would be a fun way to personalize this, there are a lot of design rings / grooves but I think it will still work good.

Many companies have got into the disc business; this is the original backyard flyer that you remember. The more popular discs of large size are intended for more vigorous play such as Ultimate Frisbee or for catch in bigger parks. They have a wingload of about 11 ounces per square foot. The disc golf saucers are too heavy to play catch with, and do not fly except when flung at high speeds. This product is medium sized at 230mm and weighs around ninety grams, resulting in a floaty wingload of less than 7 oz./sq. ft. Curves and hovers are easily mastered by beginners, even children. No choice of color here--each Frisbee comes in a merchandising poly bag with a cardboard header and the price is unbeatable. Arrived promptly in the mail in a bubble envelope.

I thought I was getting all four as a unit of 1. Seems expensive for one Frisbee. I won't return but I am disappointed.

The item description is very misleading. It lets you believe you are getting 4 or 5 frisbees but it's only 1.

There was an issue with delivery that may well have been MY fault -- the numbers on my house address had been transposed. The Post Office mail carrier couldn't deliver it and they sent it back, saying that the address was "bad." Lol -- I've been PERFECT for so long that it's hard to believe that I'm the one that transposed the numbers, but it could have happened. :-) When I communicated with Amazon about it via "Where's my stuff?' the guy in charge of me was very gracious, and they sent the the product out again. No problem this time, and I got what I wanted. I'm happy!
