If you have a bb revolver and you change the ammo to pellet will it still work?

I use the silver pellet and brass bb cartridges in both the umarex cowboy action rifle and saa peacemaker pellet pistol. I load pellets in both cartridges and they work fine in either gun.

How big are the pellet/bb cartridges compared to real bullets?

These are essentially the same size as a .38 Special. / 357 Magnum cartridge.

Can these be used for the black ops exterminator?

No. these will not work in that revolver.

Yeah, they are pellet holders. They probably wear out over time, but I have used mine repeatedly for several months of shooting.
