Smudges easily; return problems

The ink was not permanently affixed to poster. It smudged and flaked off easily when merely trying to mount it. I attempted to return it by printing Amazon's label and affixing it to the original packaging in which it arrived. It was returned by the Post Office with a sticker saying, "Insufficient address. Unable to deliver." This happened not once, but twice.
