An awesome piece of gear but expensive for what it is.

I was looking for an IFAK to replace my current issued ACU one since everything is going to OCP now. I have placed this particular IFAK on my battle belt and it's easily accessible. Doesn't get in the way and can either be placed horizontally or vertically. I would recommend this to anyone who has a battlebelt

A bit large, but all the better to store all your IFAK. It's decent quality and holds my gear well. The internal carrier fits snug and won't shift unless you pull it.My only issue is that if you run a TQ in the shock cord like in the photos, you'll most likely need someone else to deploy it. The CAT TQ gets tangled up in the shock cord. The shock cord must be loosened and the TQ removed with two hands, not very convenient to do behind your back.

As expected with HSG, good quality and works well.

The pouch itself. I have very few complaints it holds what you need it to, to stop the bleed. I enjoy the fact that, to an extent, you.can pack as much or as little as you want. You have the flexibility to carry it on your belt, on your plate carrier, on your bag, or in it.My disappointment comes in with the two specific products I received. First was multicam black which was the wrong color. But Amazon had the wrong label on it so not a fault of the seller. How ever based on the manufacturer description of the product, it was missing pieces. I got a prompt refund and reordered the product. I received one in the correct color how ever still missing pieces, the inner bag was open so what's missing probably fell out in the warehouse before it made it to the shipping packaging. It is also very clearly a used return since it is greasy and stained.

Good quality, but the price far exceeds the value. Wayy overpriced!!

The media could not be loaded.  I carry this wit me for my entire shift. I may be to far away from my vehicle where my medical bag is located. If that happens I have my instant backup.

I'm not trying to fit an entire school bus in here, just trying to fit standard issue IFAK contents. Found out after many trials and errors that it will NOT fit the contents of a standard issue USMC IFAK. It WILL fit the contents of a standard issue US Army IFAK II.....baaarely.

I mistakenly assumed by "Roll and Carrier" two parts would turn up.. for over £100 I appear to have only received a camouflaged pouch with a handle at each end and no actual way of securing it to any belt or webbing. I will give it a few days for the second part to turn up and will edit this review if by any chance I have not been ripped off.
