Great Taste and Gut Loving Ingredients
I really wanted to boost my fibre intake and I liked the beneficial ingredients of this muesli. It is a bit more expensive than my previous brand but it is packed with quality ingredients. I have tried each of the different flavours and I do like the taste of the low sugar variety. It is a little hard on my sensitive teeth but I now just add some almond milk about an hour or two before eating and this softens the muesli.

Deliciously different
I never used to have cereal / granola for breakfast due to the amount of sugar they contain, until my friend who is a nutritionist recommended me this product. I like the fact that it's packed with the super healthy ingredients that I would normally have, and it created such a great tasting blend.

Nice granola, but watch your teeth!
This is nice granola and I like the fact it is sugar free, however I have strong teeth and there are little round things in here that almost break my teeth! I

Nothing low sugar about it!
Bought online where it claims to be low sugar, the box says no added sugar.It’s neither! I read the nutritional info but it sent my continuous glucose monitor off into another dimension!It’s clearly very high in sugar.It’s also not granola. It’s museli.

Healthy Ingredients
This differs from regular granola because it actually has 15 plant based ingredients plus prebiotics!I was keen to try this product after following Dr Megan Rossi, The Gut Health Doctor, who promotes eating a diverse plant based diet to boost your gut health.This Bio&Me Granola tastes delicious even though it's the low sugar option you still have a lot of flavour. It is a slightly crunchier and harder texture than other granola that I've tried before. Great on top of yogurt with fresh fruit or just to munch on it's own as a healthy snack.The only downside I can think of is you don't actually get a lot of product for the price. Definitely worth trying out.

You can also buy in Waitrose stores if there's one near you. Very healthy for your guy. Tastes great.
