Great quality
The pink keys are darker than I expected but that goes for every product online. The typing loudness is higher than expected also. It's high pitched clicking rather then low but the keys are higher up and feel nice with typing. I also remember people before mentioning keys not working when you type them, I checked every key individually and wrote some, they all work great. ALSO it comes with a key remover to make customizing you color pattern effortless. And when you type the light pattern ripples with each key. The light is kinda bright also but it looks nice and it's VERY heavy feeling. Not in a bad way but in a way where it feels like very good quality! The base is made of some type of mental and it feels sturdy. I love this keyboard alot! The only thing is there is a tiny dot where they missed the paint or something but it's not noticeable and smaller then a spec which I'll include a pic of. Really think this is a steal for the price!

Great first mechanical keyboard. Very customizable
This is my first mechanical keyboard and I really like it. It came with two different color sets of key caps and a key cap puller so I was able to customize the look even more. The caps are sturdy and stable, but are removed fairly easily with the puller. Iโve had it for a few years now and it still works great. It was fairly easy to clean, too. I love the clicky sounds and the keys all move smoothly. I barely have to press at all for it to register, which is nice. There are a bunch of different light effects (the light is white only as far as I know). My favorite is the one that highlights the key I just pressed. I recommend for a budget friendly first keyboard

Great, but not long lasting
Purchased Feb 2024 and has been a great keyboard until now (Dec 2025). Most keys have stopped responding and I've attempted all troubleshooting options on the support page. I was just hoping it would last a little longer, but for the price, I can't really complain.

Definite Reccomend!
I grew up with the classic IBM and later on, Chicony keyboards. However, as time went on, I migrated to the common membrane keyboard of today. I was looking for something new, just because I'd worn down the letters on my Logitech K120. I decided I wanted something with a backlight, because I tend to write and game in the nighttime. Most inexpensive lit keyboards today have a multi-color rainbow light set, that just doesn't appeal to me. I found this, read the reviews, and figured I would give it a chance. 100% best decision I've made in a while. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing, the tactile and auditory feedback have got me excited about typing again. What's more, because I can FEEL the keypresses, I believe I have improved my typing. Over the last few years, I have had the experience of transposing letters while typing, because my right hand is naturally stronger than my left, and my left handed keystrokes lagged. This is greatly improved because I can feel the key depress on the left before I hit the key under my right hand. I can't believe this actually helped! Overall, I'm very impressed with the build quality, it is probably five or six times as heavy as my old keyboard, it doesn't slide around the table, and it just feels solid. The riser feet in the back even feel strong and I'm not afraid to open and close them as much as I like. These are usually cheap press-fit plastic and I have broken the feet off many keyboards in my day. The cable is actually in a cloth braid, very shi shi. The light pattern feature is nice, but I really only want the basic backlight, and dimming, which this does no problem. I wish the logo did not continually blink. It's annoying, and I may tape over it because it doesn't seem to have a toggle. I purchased this at $36 and I think it is a very very good deal at that price. I feel like my computer is a computer again. Very few upgrades will improve your system as much and as cheaply as this keyboard.

Absolutely amazing
This keyboard is an absolute dream for typing enthusiasts. The moment I unboxed it, I was captivated by its sleek design and the promise of a tactile typing experience. And it delivers. The keys offer a satisfyingly crisp and responsive feel, with a deep, resonant sound thatโs pure auditory bliss. The weight of the keyboard feels substantial without being overly heavy, providing excellent stability during intense typing sessions. One thing that truly sets this keyboard apart is its customizable lighting. The effects are mesmerizing. While the keyboard is exceptional out of the box, I did take it a step further by lubing the stabilizers. This process might seem daunting for beginners, but itโs worth the effort. A little bit of lubricant on those larger keys dramatically reduces rattle and creates a smoother typing experience. Overall, this mechanical keyboard is a masterpiece of engineering and design. It's more than just a typing tool; it's an instrument that elevates your computing experience. **Tip:** For those willing to invest a little extra time, lubing the stabilizers will transform your keyboard from excellent to extraordinary.

Must have
A must have for anyone who took keyboarding class back in the day, excellent wuality with a distinct feel. They are LOUD for those who werenโt aware.. not for typing quietly in the home office early in the morning ( as my wife has told me!)

I love this keyboard, best I have used since the IBM keyboards of the 1980's.
Well tthattt did not last long. As you can see the "T" key does what ever tthe hell i wans o do. IT either works or not, and doubles or ttriples. Dam this is pissing me off. I have used keyboards since first pc's came out in the early 1980's and this keyboard rocks. These keys are solid, I mean solid like rocks solid. They do make noise, who cares, it's a keyboard. It has weight to it so it rests solidly on the surface and does not move. The tilt supports appear to be nicely built so you will not have to worry about breaking them. The lights are fun and cool, many patterns to choose from. I normally do not care about lights but it is nice to be able to see them in the dark, and kind of fun to show off the different patterns. The only issue I have so far is that I miss my cushion where I rested my wrists. I will have to get one, problem solved. The other issue I am having is that I keep hitting the wrong keys by accident. I am use to a larger keyboard, but that too will go away in time. So overall I can not find anything to complain about. Man I love this keyboard. I is so nice it makes me feel like a kid again it is so much fun to type on and everything just works like is suppose to. It also has the extra FN function keys so you can bring up say the calculator program, multimedia for volume up and down, mute, stop etc. Email, Homepage, my computer, man this is a great keyboard. I honestly did not expect this to be that great because of the price. This could easily sell for hundred bucks and it would be worth it. I hope they keep the price, but this is way under priced in my book. Good job guys, nice design, and it even came with extra keys with a different color so I can swap them out to work with Davinci Resolve 18.6. Really good craftsmanship, boy I sincerely hope this keyboard lasts, I really love it. Really great job Magegee, thanks for making such a great keyboard.

Seems to be a newer inferior design to previous years of the MK Storm Model
I would rate the first (blue white MK Storm I got in 2022) as a 5 star. Not a five star keyboard mind you, but it was and still is a five-star keyboard at its price point. The most recent purchase I made on the same "but apparently revised model" from the same seller is a 3 due to its lack of quality control and extremely fragile construction. I came to this conclusion based on the following. I liked the keyboard so much. I convinced my office manager to buy about 10 of them. When they arrived I noticed one glaring difference was instead of a metallic like top cover, it was a plastic white cover instead. And then I immediately noticed the difference in the feeling and sound of the keys. Much less bounce back, basically, both the sound and the feeling of the keys seemed muted as compared to the previous version. Furthermore, I have had to unplug and replug in the keyboard on multiple occasions as it would just stop functioning. Now while dropping a keyboard is never a good idea and shouldn't happen, a 3-ft drop onto carpet can and has rendered two keyboards now unusable due to multiple keys ceasing to function. And one of the keyboards, the return key and tab key just stopped working one day after about 4 months. However, while I cannot speak to the other keyboards having to be unplugged and replugged in as it will stop working, they are still being used by my coworkers so I assume all the keys are on those are still working. This tends to lead towards a potentially bad design and quality control issues in my opinion. This is in stark contrast to the previous version that I bought in 2022 which has been dropped multiple times. Every key still works. Every light still lights and it's clicky goodness continues.

INSANELY GOOD quality for the price. Bought 3 so far this year for my work/home setups
This kb is better quality and clicks more smoothly and with a better sound than $200+ keyboards I have tried over the last two years. Seriously it's better than them and it costs a fraction of the price and you won't regret it the brand is surprisingly amazing in every way. I don't know why they're charging only fifty bucks.... And seriously the quality is top-notch you would have no idea it wasn't the more expensive keyboard if you got it as a gift just because of the way that it feels and the overall quality of the keys and the backboard everything is made out of metal or very very strong plastic not flimsy at all and has quite the weight to it which is indicative of the quality that you will get. Impressed. And I've tested 15+ keyboards just this year so you can trust me. Just take note that you will occasionally find this for more than double the price and it's only because it's in a different color it's no different and the blue and white also comes with a pink and white key cap set and for these ones that come with red keys they actually come with more keys than they say because I also got red keys for wsad keys and it wasn't shown in the picture! Bonus !

It's an okay keyboard
I purchased this board only because I wanted a cheap board with yellow switches, not because I was looking for a high quality keyboard. I'm pleasantly surprised by the build quality of this thing and for 50 bucks it's exceeded my expectations.

Keyboard stops working after periods of inactivity
I love the quality and feel of this mechanical keyboard. However, I am not too happy with the fact that the keyboard STOPS WORKING after periods of inactivity. The LED lights under the keys are still working but the KB is unresponsive. I have to remove the USB and reconnect it again for it to start working. The first time it happened within 3 hours of setting it up when I put my PC on Sleep mode. I thought this is the only problem. however, now into day 3 of using this KB, the problem now persists even if I return after an hour or so of just leaving the PC running idle. I wrote to the company about this straight away but have had no response. I may change my rating once they help resolve this. It is not convenient to unplug and plug the keyboard back every time it stops working. Do not expect this from a new keyboard, and especially not from this brand.

First mechanical with brown switches
What I like: 1. Mechanical, so there's some "clack"-iness and tactile response when pressing the keys 2. 2nd set of key caps for the keys that matter the most 3. it feels like I am making less typing mistakes due to fat fingers on this one compared to the ones I had before 4. It is a full sized keyboard (I like my numpad) that doesn't feel too big on the 55 inch desk. For smaller desks maybe a smaller keyboard would be a better fit. 5. Less noisy than a blue switch mechanical that would wake up the house. 6. Replaceable key caps, so you can customize the keyboard. 7. I dig the black/orange/white colour scheme. What i don't like that much: 1. Every time I disconnect the keyboard or switch computers the WASD and arrow keys are swapped, so you have to press Fn+W to change them back 2. LED is only white. 3. Kinda wish it was wireless and rechargeable, but can't complain at this price. 4. UPDATE - some keystrokes don't register after 2 months Overall WAS really happy with the purchase and the price paid. Why the past tense... read the update Kudos to the vendor and to Amazon for the fast delivery. 18 hours from purchase to delivery. I would recommend to a friend who is looking for a mechanical keyboard. If you have the RGB bug you'll have to look elsewhere. UPDATE August 1st: This keyboard has fallen from grace so hard... Not only is the swapping of the WASD and arrow keys every time you connect it to another computer, but keys start5ed failing to respond - e and spacebar fail consistently now which makes for very awkward typing. I cannot recommend this keyboard, neither to a friend, maybe to a foe...
