The amount of electric slush makers i’ve had over the years is unreal. I’m addicted to icy drinks and ice and slushes. It’s just my thing. Anyway, long story short, my last one broke so bought a new one and it broke within 3 days. Then decided to just try this one on next day delivery while I looked round for something better. Well, this is THE best slush make i’ve ever had, ever. Its brilliant. I was worried about it being tough to use going by the reviews but its so easy and just as quick as the electric machines. I buy crushed ice from the supermarket and keep it in my freezer to use as its smaller than big ice cubes and crushes down easier and its just over a pound to buy so well worth it. My husband makes small ice cubes out of flat pepsi max and crushes them down using this to go in his pepsi so it doesn’t water it down. Absolute game changer. 👍

So easy to use no messing about with bits and pieces , ice comes out perfect, 100% great product highly recomend. Handle turns without much effort.

Got this to make cocktails in long glasses as the crushed ice spreads the drink out more in the glass and softens the harsh taste of stronger cocktails as it melts. This does make more like shaved ice that you'd use for slushies so if you're after purely crushed ice only, this one's not for you, however I found it hard to find an ice crusher that didn't shave it or leave it the ice in pieces that were too large so this may still be the best option if you're picking between ice that's too crushed or not crushed enough. It's not as loud as I was expecting actually and is nice and compact and simple to use, will definitely use more in the summer although I suspect the ice will melt much faster when it's shaved!

Does what it says on the box. Compact and lightweight, but seems sturdy. I was a little dubious about how easy it would be to operate, but no worries - the handle turns with minimum effort and creates "snow" very quickly and efficiently. I followed the recommendation to not overload, and just use 3 cubes at a time, reloading if I need more; this seems sensible advice and I have had no problems with jamming. I have not had the product long enough to vouch for its durability, but the plastic seems robust enough to last a long time, particulatly as if used as recommended, ther is little apparent strain on the material. The blades are easily replaceable if they begin to blunt over time. The silicone ice tray freeby is useful and I did not experience any unpleasant taste in use as one reviewer has commented; washed in warm soapy water before first use and no problem.

So easy to use!!! Perfect for this heatwave!!! The Manba Slush Machine is so good, so easy to use, my 7 year old granddaughter is using it with clear ice. My Grandchildren also use flavoured ice cubes that they have made and crush them to make slushie. But the plain ones seem to be their favourite, which is great as it’s obv better for them!!! They are definitely keeping hydrated in this weather because of this machine!!! An amazing purchase!!!

This slush machine is ok. It's a cheaper alternative to a proper machine. It takes alot of work to crush the ice and you need more ice than you realise as it melts quickly as soon as you pour any liquid on top of it. Havnt used it as much as I thought I would as its alot of work. Sturdy item and well made tho.

This is really easy to use, I thought it would be hard to grind it but no muscles needed it’s easy ! Reasonable and not bulky, easy to clean. Only thing is the ice cube tray that came with it makes the ice taste like plastic but it was free so no complaints

The item was good but i discovered that it has a part that was not fixed well; i contacted the seller and he advised me to return and got refunded.

This ice shaver is excellent, this is my second one, and I only needed it because I smashed my last one by dropping something heavy on it, and that was after 2 years of almost daily use. I will always recommend it.

Simple and efficient! We use ice cubes from the refrigerator freezer. They are shaped like little canoes. You don’t need to use the ice cubes from tray that comes with it. It takes about 8-10 cubes to fill, rotate the handle, and less that a min those cubes are made into shavings. It takes hardly any effort. No need for an electrical plug in. The simplicity of this is great, it’ll be a must have at home on the deck, beach or out camping. Very well made, safe & simple to operate and easy to clean. No disappointments!
