I decided to try buying a slightly higher-end pair of scissors this time, but the quality was just as poor as the cheap ones I bought before. It makes me sad to think that I can’t even make a decent purchase on desertcart anymore. I really miss being able to see products in person at a store before buying them. ## Features - SAFE & EASY TO USE:Safe enough to be used as dog face grooming scissors finished with blunt ends and a cushioned handle - ERGONOMIC DESIGN: A cushioned ergonomic handle & roomy finger rests have been added to the dog hair cutting scissors to prevent slips - SHARP DOG & CAT SCISSORS BLADES: 7" inch blades, ensuring durability & reliability. The scissors have been adjusted before leaving the factory, You can use it directly. If it is loose, please tighten it according to the situation. The blade is the part that cuts. Sadly, I did not receive a 7" blade but a 3 & 3/8" blade. The length of the whole blade + the handle is approximately 8". The length in which they open up completely where they rest on the thumb guards is 7". I'm planning to refute the product due to this problem and see if they'll send me the proper blade length because I didn't get what was advertised. Just be wary. The size of the finger holes is 7/8" in diameter. I hope this info helps. ps. they ship from hong kong despite me thinking they were from Japan since they claim to use "Japanese steel". **Q: Can they be used to trim poodle hair?** A: I have an English Angora rabbit I think their hair(fur) is about the same so I would say yes. **Q: tip looks more square than round. are they save for trimming inner corner of eyehair?** A: They are more square than round and yes, you can use them For that. **Q: Are that for dog paw.** A: work great for dog paws ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good *by P***R on 15 March 2022* Its an sharp and handy scissor for grooming ### ⭐⭐ I was very disappointed with the quality. *by M***K on 3 September 2026* The blades don’t mesh properly and get stuck, and the rubber ring where you insert your finger comes off easily.
