I take this every day and I barely get sick. I combine with turmeric and between the two I always have the strength to enjoy each day. The pills are very small and easy to take, I'm on my 5th bottle and will always be buying it and you should too

This is a must have from foreverliving. The capsules does work in reducing the bad cholesterol and this is my 6th bottle.

Have been using this with Arctic Sea and Aloe Vera Gel. I use it for cleansing of my system. They do the work and makes me feel better physically.

The ad says 1000 mg of thyme. The bottle says each pill contains 50 mg. Maybe I am missing something. I think it helped my circulation, but can't be sure. I ramped up slowly to 4 per day. The dosage is 1x50mg, but the ad says 1000mg per pill. So how much should I take?
