When the first item in the order ships. It's when they charged me. I ordered this with Megatron 54 and they charged me for the whole order last week when 54 shipped.

No, if you preordered the item, Amazon some times gets their stock in early. That is why people are getting them. I never preordered and was able to get my early as well. It’s all about timing
