Booms Fishing CC2 Carabiner Clip, 2.3" Small Carabiner Keychain, Multi-use Aluminium D Ring Caribeener Clips

I've tried all kinds of steel and aluminum carabiner clips for keys and these are the best. I would not waste any time on the others, these are all you need. So far I have only needed one because they are durable. There is always a problem with other clips but these are perfect, I can't find anything bad about them. Used since Jan '24 and still no problems. I like how lightweight they are. These are perfect for keys. I like the black finish and slim design so they are easy to pull out of a pocket.

I have been using these biners on my dive BCD to attach lobster gear and a camera. They never get stuck when I disconnect them from my D-ring on my BCD and are very easy to use. Love the color as it is a good marker for which lobster bag and snare are mine. So far with how much they have been in Lake Atlantic and then cleaned with fresh water at home, no rust signs at all. These are good quality biners provided you are not in need of a locking biner.

Matte finish and extremely light weight. Good for keys or to hold just a few pounds. I was expecting a more durable product for the price. The hinge area bent and did not hold up for almost every use I tried (dog leash clip, holding tarps from blowing in wind, clipping dog crate closed). Only useful for light duty tasks.

These seem to be well made and lightweight. We’ll see how well they hold up on keychains as I have several themed rings of keys for work and home that are routinely swapped out, so these will see a lot of action. But they come in a nice case that can be repurposed and so far so good.

I use mini carabiners often for multiple things. And something like a set of keys, I clip on and off often, like multiple times per day.My last one died after 3 years (spring became loose), and it came with something else I ordered in the past. So I ordered these to replace it. They work great with strong spring to clip on and off.Well, it’s been about 8 months and the first of my clips I ordered just failed (spring became loose). That is quite a long time for multiple clip on and off every day. These are definitely not as good as the one I replaced, but for the price I get 12 and even if each one lasts 6 months, it would take 6 years for me to buy more.Glad I got these and if the need arises, I would buy more.I hope this helps.

It feels cheap.

These came in a little plastic case that I immediately put to use for other things since I needed all of these to get to work. I use them for clipping small cased devices to a bar for storage and they are sturdier than others I have purchased at the same price point. They look great, snap shut with a positive feel, and don't swivel out of alignment like others I've used -- possibly because they are heavier and sturdier. I'll get more for my next project.
