Probably also useful if you're out camping, in which case I would probably go with the metal version.Basically, this is a super spork. I now use it everyday at work while I eat my lunches hehe..Spoon works like a spoon, fork works like a fork, and the knife works.. ermm.. well, does it?Maybe you should buy two LMF Sporks so you can hold your food down while you cut it :)

I'm updating my review. Something has changed in the composition of these things.. Scooping out peanut butter at room temperature snapped one of these. I had another one snap doing something equally tame - like eating rice. One of these used to last forever, and the fact that it was made out of a plastic kind of made me feel that it would never break - isn't that why we have plastics? But, this doesn't compare to the one I had 5 years ago... It feels thin, it feels weak, and it's both of those things.... It's a shame - it used to be good!

I took two of these with me on a hiking trip and everyone liked them; I should have taken all four as my friends had to take turns! They are light and durable. You're not going to cut a steak with the knife edge, but it's great for most camping and hiking food. I'm getting a couple of the titanium ones next!

Flimsy side. Spoon end is surely going to be too big for most mouths. It's not bad but if I had seen this product in a store I would never have bought them. Not cheap either.

This seemed ideal for this friend that goes camping.I haven't heard any reports on how it has served.I would probably recommend it.

i would really like these but my hand is in bad shape and my fingers don't work very well. great idea though.

My husband had one of these from a camp set he had. Had to get more because the kids fight over the one he had. I've used them in my lunches and everyone at work loves them. One of those "Why didn't I think of that?' things.

These are great. I keep one in my kids lunch boxes and they never have to be without whatever utensil they need. And they're "school safe"
