Is this cable intended to connect dp (monitor end) to hdmi (laptop end)?

Hi Customer, thank you for asking! Unfortunately the cable only converts signal from displayport (laptop/desktop end) to hdmi(monitor end). The cable you looking for is bi-directional. This cable is uni-directional. Hope this information helps.

My laptop only has an hdmi output and my monitor only has a display port input so would this work

Hi Customer, Thank you for asking. Unfortunately this cable is UNI-DIRECTIONAL, which means it could only converts signal from DisplayPory to HDMI. I'm afraid that this cable couldn't work with your device. If you still have any questions else, please feel free to let us know. Hope this information helps.

Can I put a hdmi in my Xbox series x and a dp in my monitor and still achieve 120hz?

Hi Customer, thank you for asking. Unfortunately this cable only converts signal from displayport to hdmi, which means it could not work with your Xbox series x. If you still have any questions else, please feel free to let us know. Hope this information helps.

Does this support 4k 60 with HDR?

Hi Customer, Thank you for asking. Unfortunately only dp to dp 1.4 cable and hdmi 2.0 or up cable support 4k 60 with hdr. DP 1.2 support 4k@30hz without hdr and our cable is dp 1.2. Actually most dp to hdmi converters are only dp 1.2 so if you want to run 4k 60 with HDR maybe you need a dp to dp 1.4 cable or a hdmi 2.0 or up cable (some usb c to hdmi cable could do 4k 60 with hdr too). Hope this information helps.
