Water drop reverse osmosis system.
Great product! Water quality is excellent, tastes great. Fits well under my sink and doesn’t take up much space. I had to have an outlet installed under the sink as there wasn’t one there, other than that, Installation was relatively easy. I no longer have to purchase bottled water.

Refrigerator Water Flow Slow and Pulsating...Fixed
I took out an old tank based filtration system and replaced it with this WD-G2P600-W model. My old system fed a dedicated faucet as well as a refrigerator with water and ice dispenser. The old tank based system worked well but pressure would slowly drop once more than a cup of water was dispensed and it creates a lot of waste water to make pure filtered water. Plus replacing all the filters was a pain so I decided to get this unit because of the constant flow, ease of replacing filters and much less water waste.Installation was easy and water pressure to the old faucet was good but not to the refrigerator water dispenser. When dispensing water from the refrigerator, the water flow would be slow and pulsate. I checked the Waterdrop unit and the pump was turning on and off constantly even though I was holding the cup in the refrigerator dispenser requesting water.Turns out this system doesn't work well with the water filter in the refrigerator. I have a Samsung refrigerator so I purchased the Waterdrop Refrigerator Filter Bypass Accessory Kit for Samsung refrigerators...see image. This was the fix to the slow pulsating water flow problem. After replacing the regular filter in the fridge with the bypass filter, I now have a strong and constant flow from the refrigerator water dispenser. The icemaker in the fridge also makes ice normally, no issues. Another huge added benefit of the bypass filter is that I no longer have to buy water filters for the refrigerator!I did NOT have to replace the old faucet from my tank based system with the one that came with this unit. Tested with TDS meter and got 9ppm from immediate 1 ounce of water and 1 to 2 ppm after filling up a jug. Therefore as others have mentioned, you have to let the water run for a little bit in order to get the optimal filtration. The unit does make noise but I have it installed in the basement with water lines running up to the 1st floor kitchen. As such I don't ever hear the unit running and the water flow / pressure is stronger than the old tank based unit.

Simple Unit
This unit was super easy to install, instructions were very clear and straight forward. I was looking for system that would be easy for wife to change filters on. After watching reviews and I seen you can change filters on this unit without shutting off the water, I was sold. Also looked at the cost of the replacement filters and they are not that bad in price. I tested faucet water it was 251 ppm with at TDS meter. Water out of the G2P600 was 11 ppm after install and 30 minute purge. Water tastes great with no aftertaste. Was buying 7 gallons of water a week for cube ice machine and coffee maker plus the waste of plastic water containers. Now looking for an additional filter to add to the fridge.

Great RO system reducing TDS from 500 to 20
My well water is very hard and after using AquaTrue countertop RO system finally I decided to install tankless system. The main reason for the delay was my reluctance to drill a hole in 1.4” granite countertop for water dispenser. Surprisingly it was easier than I expected with a diamond dust hole drill bit. Manual calls for 1” hole which does not make any sense. Water dispenser supply pipe is 0.44” in diameter and smaller holes are easier to drill. I used 5/8” drill bit and installation did not have any problems. I cannot think of a possible reason why manufacturer recommends 1” hole. For drain line kit comes with a saddle type drain that required drilling a hole in sink drain pipe. I made a decision to use Y adapter (part B08YP9VKHZ at Amazon), which worked perfectly and looks very durable.Based on responses from manufacturer my expectation was that this system will reduce TDS of my water by 90%, from 500 to 50. Surprisingly measured hardness level of treated water was 19, less than 5% of tap water. Taste is roughly the same as Poland Spring bottled water from Costco.Flushing system for 30 minutes after system installation was somewhat annoying but I stored filtered water for washing a car to reduce waste. Definitely this flushing is needed. Water that was coming out initially from a dispenser was somewhat black. Whatever is used as a preserver in RO filter is definitely is not water.Water dispenser roughly matches my solid stainless steel Grohe kitchen faucet. It is not exact match but close enough. I timed performance and dispensing rate matches the specs, 2.5 minutes to fill 1 gal container. Sound is noticeable but not annoying enough to install sound deadening material around main unit inside kitchen cabinet.Overall the system exceeded my expectations and I am looking forward to using it for a number of years. One year update:Filter is working perfectly and gets plenty of use for various purposes; cooking, rinsing berries and vegetables, humidifier refills, car washing and so on. I estimate that I use 4-5 gallons filtered water a day. Since filter works so well I started using filtered water for rinsing glasses to avoid hard water spots.I replaced CF filter last month and it took less than 20 seconds. I do not think it is possible to make it easier.Since I liked this RO filter so much I ordered and installed UV filter by the same company. Not so sure if it was really needed but the problem with well water is that it is inconsistent and good testing results do not mean that water will stay the same.
