The product descriptions says its food grade, but no where on the bottle does it say this, is this safe to use for making tintures?

It's safe to make tinctures as long as you are applying externally. The seller is clearly mis-representing the product as the label says "external use only".

I see the answer "yes it is food grade" But I also see an answer that says to not use it for vaping because it is "external use only." So which is it?

I like to have a bottle in reserve so I happen to have one still in its box. I could find NO mention of "food grade" on the box or on the bottle. The bottle definitely cautions: "For external use only". I hope this clears up the confusion.

As of 5/23/18, the image of the label on the actual product reads, "Natural avocado Multi-Purpose Oil Skin Softener Food Grade." The label on the box says, "natural avocado Moisturizing Oil Multi-purpose Skin Softener." The images of the directions mention nothing about using this as a food product, only external use.
