Although customer service was superb and delivery was prompt and courteous, the product simply doesn't work in cold weather. In fact the temperatures were over 20° above what the listed low temperature was, and both of the units simply malfunctioned in the cold. The the only way to get them to work was to bring them in the house and then warm them up until they functioned again. Unfortunately it was an exercise in futility because even when working properly, they still didn't generate enough heat to stay warm when placed outside and they eventually (quite rapidly actually!) and they then failed again. Even though these.were the upgraded 4.0 models, I had to send mine back because they still didn't handle the "cool" temperatures of +20°F

I had to pay an extra $55 CANADIAN which was an extra 55% tax and duty , my mistake. but one i will not make again. read all instructions very carefully. I do notice that now they have it better marked. not worth the price after tax
