I was so excited for the bands to come, they're replacing the cheap PVC ones (the ones that roll up your leg).First impressions, 1st Amazon delivered through letter box, very neatly packed and no unnecessary packaging. So thumbs up.Secondly loving the material, the care instructions say to wash by hand in cold water, not use bleach or fabric softener etc etc. I'l try stick to that.OK so I work out everyday, I've been doing my squats, side kicks and bridges with my weights instead of my cheap bands because it was causing so much frustration rolling up my legs. But with these beautys they're absolutely perfect and I can incorporate them to my routine now.My friend has similar but with velcro so initially I was kind of upset that the couldn't fasten with velcro, you have to step in them.However! Compared to my friends with velcro I much prefer these as the tension is much better especially as;Green = light (The light is perfect for everyday exercise)Pink = mediumPurple = HeavyAnd unlike my friend I'm not picking clothing by hand or tweezers to attach the velcro before the workout, you can just get on with it.I must also comment on the pastel colours, they go so nice with my home gym equipment. Not everything has to be masculine black or grey.

Very impressed with these bands! They definitely take the intensity of your workouts up a notch and I struggled for the first few sessions. The fabric is nice and comfortable and has a decent amount of stretch but still keep their shape. They don't roll down and stay where you put them which is ideal. Ive gone up to the medium band now and Im seeing alot more tone in my legs and booty, even my hubby noticed 😁.The price was good too so I'm very happy with this item (hubby is too lol)

Compared to most other bands I have tried theses are really good , they are really comfortable on even while wearing shorts and don’t seems to roll or slip , I did think that they would be slightly heavier resistance but for beginners these would be amazing , using them alongside machines really helps with targeting the right areas , also the guide it came with is really good to follow at the end of a leg session for a 20 minute burn out

When buying these and seeing the lovely pastel colours I wrongly assumed they would only be suitable for women. These bands are amazing quality, they really are. The resistance comes in 3 levels, light, medium and heavy. As a beginner to band exercises I am currently working with the light and medium band for arm and leg exercises. My husband is using the heavy and is equally impressed with the quality of the band and its resistance. These bands allow you to work your body either standing, sitting or laying down and I'm looking forward to seeing the results from using these bands. They come with a handy storage bag too. These resistance bands are really good value for money and I would definitely recommend them.

First of all, it's great, and for the price, is even better.Really comfortable and more effective than my old resistance bands, as rubber and latex bands tend to pinch and can leave you with redness. Also, the latex and rubber bands have a tendency to roll down and move out of place.This ones have some anti-slip fabric inside (the grey lines) that makes it don't move at all! 🥰💜So happy with the package, and it even comes with instructions.I've seen same resistance bands in other online webs and are up to £15 more expensive!

These are great if you are perhaps starting out on your fitness journey, but for those with a few more miles under their belt you'll want bands which offer greater resistance. I've given these to my mum and ordered another set for myself.

Great resistance bands in an amazing price and a set of 3. It's one is heavier than the other so that actually really helpful for workouts. The quality is great and it arrived with a small bag to store them. There are instructions inside how to use them and different ways to do so. Also unlike other resistance bands these ones don't fold during workout or fall. I was excited so I used them immediately as soon as they arrived.I recommend it 100%.

These are absolutely perfect! They arrived really quickly and are really good quality especially for the price! They are sturdy, the mix in resistant strength is great. The material is so comfortable and the elastic on the inside means they don't slip when using. And I absolutely love the little bag that comes with it too! Finally some resistance bands I am happy with! :)

He usado varías cintas, tanto en casa como en elGym, y estas son geniales. Me las llevo al gym y trabajo con ellas, son mejores que las que tienen alli. Material de buena calidad y elasticidad. Y colores preciosos.

Je pratique le fitness en salle de sport, et depuis le confinement je m’entraîne de pus en plus à la maison. J'ai commandé ces bandes élastiques pour compléter mes séances. Je viens de les recevoir et je me suis empressé de les essayer. L’article est très bien présenté , le packaging est très soigné. les trois bandes sont emballées individuellement dans des sacs en plastique avec fermeture et ouverture ZIP. Il y'a également un sac de transport noir très soigné pour les emmener partout. le produit est très bien adapté pour travailler le bas du corps , pour faire des exercices de musculation du bas. Les squats et les fentes sont plus efficaces. La résistance est vraiment importante même avec la plus faible, donc il faut s'accrocher. c'est vraiment un article complet , on peut l’utiliser pour tout muscler en bas du corps. je recommande sans modération. le rapport qualité/ prix est super .

Mein erster Eindruck von dem Winline Fitnessband Set war sehr gut, man merkt sofort, dass man ein qualitativ hochwertiges in den Händen hält. Auch die Farbwahl finde ich sehr gut gewählt, hier handelt es sich um drei sanfte Pastell Töne (mintgrün, rosa & lila). Das Dreier Pack kommt mit praktischem Beutel, in dem sich alle drei Bänder ohne Probleme verstauen lassen. Zu der Stärke/ den Widerstand der Bänder: das Band mit dem schwächsten Widerstand ist mintgrün, das rosafarbene würde ich als mittelschwer bezeichnen und das lilafarbene als wirklich sehr starken Widerstand, also eher etwas für Menschen die schon über sehr ausgeprägte Beinmuskeln verfügen. Durch die Breite der Bänder sind alle Übungen ohne Probleme durch zu führen, so verteilt sich das Gewicht auf ca. 7-8 cm. Auch die Gummischicht auf der Innenseite der Bänder helfen dabei enorm. Mein Fazit: Ein ausgesprochen praktisches Set für Anfänger sowie Fortgeschrittene, egal ob man gerne zuhause oder im Gym Sport macht.- Falls sie diese Review hilfreich finden, lassen sie doch bitte einen Daumen nach oben da ;)LG, S.C.
