Is really good it just takes a while to heat up so u might wanna plug it in very early and i still dont know how to turn the led light on

I read some not-so-favorable reviews on this towel warmer and was a little afraid to buy it, but I did anyway, because it was the right size for my space. I am so pleased with it. It heats up quickly, gets very hot, holds plenty of towels, and is easy to clean. I've had no problems with it. It was inexpensive and wasn't super heavy to move into my shop. I'm an esthetician and use this commercially, and so far, it has worked out great for me. Recommend.

I waited over a year to write a review to make sure this product was a good appliance to have. I’m a massage therapist and I incorporate my massages with hot towels. Well, this appliance surely did not disappoint. It still gets my towels hot and is functioning the way it’s supposed to granted I take care of it by wiping down any condensation and keeping it clean regularly. It’s very easy to use and I recommend this product. Love it!!

The best warmer on the market. I have had mine for 20 years. I will be buying another one as soon as this one dies on me.

I am an Esthetician and use this in my hair removal room, separate from my facial/eyelash room and warm up towels for aftercare and cleansing. The only issue that I have is that this unit doesn't come with a tray underneath to catch the water from the precipitation and it leaves a puddle under it, unless I use a towel which adds to laundry. Doesn't get extremely hot but warm enough for a pleasant experience.

As a licensed massage therapist I operate my own business and I bought this warmer when mine broke I should’ve listen to the reviews saying it does not get hot enough but out of stupidity I decided to purchase anyway. After having it turned on with one towel in there for 4 hours the towel was only peeking 100° The inside of the warmer was much hotter but I need the towels to be at least 140° in an hour. I contacted the seller just to see if I had a defective warmer they wrote back saying it requires a minimum of 4 hours to reach peak temperature which clearly in my case was not even happening. If you’re a professional like me and need at least one towel to be hotter than 100° in an hour trust these negative reviews and look elsewhere

Product is large enough for plenty of therapeutic towels and... although it’s not a hot stone warmer, I place my stones in it also.The stones get super hot so I place a towel on outside- top of the warmer to place the stones on in order to cool before using on client. It works really well.

I use this product for warm towels at my massage business. The towels warm up quickly and the color is pretty. I took a long time figuring out which hot towel warmer to buy, because there are so many mixed reviews out there. I decided to use wash cloths more in it because I felt they fit a bit better, but I can still fit about 4-5 hand towels in there instead if I need to.
