Antes de usarlas, me dolían muchísimo los pies, sobre todo al caminar o estar de pie un rato. Con estas plantillas la diferencia se siente enseguida: es como si estuviera ligeramente elevada, el peso se distribuye mejor y puedo caminar con más comodidad, incluso mover las caderas libremente sin dolor. De verdad son un alivio real para quienes usamos tacones altos o botas. Se sienten cómodas, estables y ayudan mucho a reducir la presión en el talón. Las recomiendo totalmente si quieres usar tacones sin sufrir. Para mí han sido una excelente compra.

I'm over 50 and get lower back pain. I've been doing a lot of things to try to help my back, including ordering padding for my shoes. These feel like a semi-soft, semi-hard silicone cushion (I don’t know what material they're made of). They give a little extra cushioning in the foot arch area. They are visible in open side heels, so you have to go in not caring about that. It gives a little cushioning - every little thing helps. They are about 3/4 length of my size 8.5 shoes and go from thin at heal to thick in the middle to thin under the balls of your feet. There's a little stick on the bottom so they stay in place on the shoe. You can easily move them from shoe to shoe but the sticky will likely wear out over time. I'm glad I bought them, they seem to help a bit. Recommend.

Fits perfect in my cowgirl boot however, the sticky part is not very sticky and will move around unless your foot is in there tightly

Life changing soles !!!

Bought these for a pair of stilletto boots that needed just a little more arch support. Like others said, the stickiness of the Dr. Scholls is non-existent. Ended up tossing them because they made the shoes more uncomfortable. It was more comfortable to wear the heels without these!

These help a lot with dress heels to make them fit better or at least be more comfortable. They don't always keep the heel from slipping on my narrow feet, but in some shoes they do. I like that they are partial insole so they don't restrict toe room. I also like that they are removable and reusable. Not perfect for every shoe, but the best thing I have found yet. A friend with plantar fasciitis gave me a tip about these; she was right!

Put these in a pair of shoes and walked around Las Vegas all day and it really helped
