I bought these gloves to clear an overgrown wild rose bush and thistle, but now I use them everyday to clear out underbrush. Not only do they protect from thorns, but also inadvertent encounters with poison ivy. A must have for anyone who borders with a natural setting. And while they weren’t meant for it, I feel more comfortable wearing them when I use my mini chainsaw. Love the lower arm protection. Very well made and I ordered a second pair.

The gloves are just what I needed to protect my hands and forearms when weeding. I got the medium size, and they fit fine. The sheepskin hands are soft and very flexible, giving excellent grip. The drawstrings work well to keep debris or bugs from getting into the arm area. The entire design is perfect for me, since I am very susceptible to poison ivy and the like, and bug bites are the bane of my gardening.

I am usually between a large and xl in gloves so I ordered the xl. They fit perfect. The hand area is a nice soft leather. The arms are thick and should provide plenty of protection. I got them to use with dragon fruit plants and have thorns stick in the leather but not my arms. My forearms are 14.5” around so they will fit some big arms too if that is a concern.One negative is that they smell coming out of the package. Like gasoline or the smell when you enter that cheap tool store(I bet you can smell it just thinking about it), but concentrated. So let them air out.

These gloves are buttery soft! I got them for stacking hay to protect my forearms. They work good but they tend to slump down even with strap tight. They need more rigidity for the task of lifting bales. I might add some leather to them to modify or ill use them for pulling stinging nettle and raspberries. Lots of uses! I got a small and they stretch to fit very easily.

After 3 yrs of usage with lots of bougainvillea, citrus with thorns and roses.These have been very useful. Very good.Now with one finger unprotected, I’m planning a replacement.

I live in an area that wild blackberries grow like weeds and can takeover your yard. Their thorns have been scratching up my arms something terrible. These gloves have been a life saver. They go all the way to your elbows and prevent thorns from scratching up your arms. Highly recommend if you are working with thorny plants.

I purchased these gloves for my wife and daughter. They are avid rose/flower gardeners. However they were always sustaining injuries to their arms.Now with these gloves no more injuries and they are able to handle the delicate flowers without fighting the stiffness of the gloves.Thank you

I love the gloves. They protected my arms since I break out in a rash around certain plants and shrubs. I mostly use them for pruning my roses and they worked very well without getting thorns cutting me. Would buy these again. Good quality
