Soft and organic are the positives. The negatives are that it is very heavy on the face with the pack in it, it is light colored and lets light through without the pack in it, and it puts a great deal of pressure across the eyes without the pack in. I ultimately had to replace this for nightly use but will keep it around for if/when I need to apply heat or cold to my eyes.

Super comfortable and great that it can be heated up or put in the freezer. I got this as a gift for someone who will be on a long plane trip, it will be very useful. The lavender smell is soothing but not overwhelming.

Love this eye pillow. the clay balls stay warm for a long time and the lavender scent puts me right to sleep. I used to wake up with puffy eyes and I would occasionally get stys from make up build up. Since wearing the eye pillow I wake up with no inflammation and well rested. I would definitely recommend this eye pillow

Has a nice smell. I do enjoy using it but the cool doesn't last. I noticed to if I leave it on to long it irritates my eyes. I only use for about 30 minutes to help relieve some of the puffiness.

I was concerned it would be uncomfortable. My husband reads at night, and the light disturbs my sleep. I use it all night long, and find it very comfortable--soothing, in fact. I am more pleased than I had expected to be.

While the eye pillow is soft, I can hardly smell the lavender.

It helps me a lot with my allergies problem :-)
