Soundbar is big improvement
I bought this sound bar for my kitchen where I have a Samsung 24 inch TV mounted on the wall. Although the picture is good the sound is quite poor. The sound bar is small enough without being intrusive and was easy to mount on the wall behind the TV. Sound is now 100% improved.

Not easy to set up Alexa
Setting up Alexa requires the intervention of an App loaded on a mobile. This did not work at first, but after several days of trying it sorted itself out. Overal the sound is very good, but the soundbar needs to be acoustically isolated from any surface it is stood on to avoid sympathetic vibrations. It's own feet do not achieve this.

User loves it!
This was a gift for my father-in-law, and he loves it. Using it only for improved tv sound with a Samsung smart tv. Plug it in, and his tv found it through WiFi immediately. No wires. Not sure what the sound would be like for music, but I bet the bass might be lacking. Simple and easy to use.

Frustrating and disappointing
Utterly disappointing. Firstly, the battery cover to the remote control is so badly designed that it’s near impossible to get off. But now on to the real issues. The “sound mode” feature cycles through just 3 types. And they all sound exactly the same!! The sound is good, with clear audio, but not exciting. But most importantly, I’ve tried to pair it to a Samsung SmartTV, but there seems no way to use the TV remote to control the volume. Surely this is essential? Nobody wants two remotes to simply control the TV!Also, when you turn off TV, then turn on TV later, the Bluetooth connection isn’t automatically established, so it needs connecting each time.Really poor design. Simple features that should be essential seem to be missing or impossible to establish

Sounds good
Smart looking easy to set up but remote control not the best, you almost need a tyre leaver to open battery apartment, anyone with arthritis/rheumatism won’t stand a chance. Also a little fiddly setting the different levels, you really have to persist.

Alexa built in sound good but doesn't ready work practically.
Returned item as the Alexa was not working correctly supplier refunded item quickly.Supplier was good but the product is rubbish sound quality poor and Alexa interrupts the TV fior no reason!Wouldn't pay any more that £99 for sound bar and better off having a separate Alexa away from the soundbar

Good quality sound
Delivered early from Richer Sounds and well protected. Great sound from Bluetooth connection and able to adjust lip sync issues easily. Nice cosmetic design to fit in.

Good but could be better
I almost returned this due to it being a nightmare to sync but after a few days messing around with smart things and Alexa it’s now all connected and I’m happy with the overall sound , it’s far better with increased volume films with sound affects will benefit from it but general talking scenes require an increase in volume , good surround sound though with sounds bouncing off the wall behind you that make you look to see what it was 😆overall I’m happy with it but one point I don’t think it has a feature for is to group it it the everywhere group if you have speakers in every room this may put you off seems a common topic of conversation on all forums and I haven’t found a solution to it.....as I don’t think there is one
