SICHEER Dehydrator Rack Stainless Steel Stand Accessories Compatible with Instant Pot Air Fryer Crisp Lid 6 Quart

Purchased the air fryer racks to cook French fries but have found many more uses. Have cooked chicken thighs and results were great. Reheated vegetables and a pork chop with perfect results. Also, I do not spray the racks with cooking spray and food does not stick. Very pleased with clean up. Only complaint is trying to remove the racks without spilling the food or touching the insert and getting burned. Still need to figure this part out. Happy to have them in my kitchen!

Used to make beef jerky in my instant pot and it works amazing! I’m able to make a lot using the multiple racks and store it easily since they break down and stack.

Very sturdy. The mesh is 1/4 inch (.6cm) stainless steel wire squares, so it will support small pieces of food. You can adjust the space between rounds and the number of rounds that you use. Everything disassembles for easy cleaning and storage I also bought this as an air fryer platform for my Ninja Foodi that will allow a lot of air to circulate around my food for more crispness. I love really crunchy food. Full disclosure: I was given a free gift of reusable straws for posting this review, but I would have still posted the same review if I hadn’t received anything.

Oh my gosh I’m so happy with these drying racks for my instapot. When I want to dehydrate food I just load yo the trays and then pop them in the dehydrator. Later after I pull out the dehydrated items I then grind them up to make powder for seasonings. My favorite are any type of yellow, red, green pepper or mushrooms. All work well as seasons later for many types of meals and veggies don’t go to waste. It’s a great value for the money. It has a nice capacity for dehydrating items, they are easy to use & clean up nicely. They seem to allow for good airflow. The size it good for 6.5 quart insta pot.

This rack has been a game changer for me. It fits perfectly inside my 6-quart Instant Pot and I love that you can customize the tiers to fit the food you want to stack. Taking out every other tier is perfect for doing three layers of wings and drumsticks. It’ll feel a little flimsy because the rack shifts slightly when you push it, but the whole unit fits together like a puzzle so it’s stable and I haven’t had any issues with it coming apart. Cleanup is also super easy. I’ve forgotten to oil my wings and pieces of chicken skin ended up getting stuck to the rack. But no problem! I just put the rack back in the pot and filled it with water until it was submerged; once the skin softened, it brushed right off! If you want to step up your instant pot game and increase your versatility (and quantity!) in your pressure cooking, buy this!

Easy clean and like that its dishwasher safe. Also sturdy. However, we tried to use with an air fryer and for that purpose it didn't work to well. It sits deep in the air fryer (we have Instantpot) so you need some sort of apparatus to pull it out. We also felt the cook time was way longer and things didn't get as crisp stacking the food. So it didn't really work for our purpose, but seems like an OK product.

I dehydrate food for solo camping and have found these racks to be very helpful. Obviously you can’t dehydrate a lot of food at one time like a dedicated dehydrator, but it’s so much faster that I’m able to start another batch within a few hours. You’ll definitely need to rearrange the food about halfway through to compensate for the airflow pattern, but that’s recommended in dedicated dehydrators, too. It feels sturdy and is so easy to put into and take out of the IP. I just wish there was a finer mesh available so I can dehydrate rice. Be warned: light food will get blown around and the mesh is so wide that small food will fall through. This isn’t an ideal setup for green peas or finely diced foods, but with some practice it doesn’t take long to dial it all in.

The size is conducive to the 6 qt., so not certain about some reviewer’s expectations. Also, you can leave out trays to allow more space between layers. Personally, I found it easy to assemble and carry over to set inside my pot. Now, will have to see how well it holds up, doesn’t rust, & optional uses for this cookware. Additionally, I won’t be using the dishwasher to clean.

Purchased for the 8qt Instant Pot Duo crisp, as an alternative to the original round basket for air frying. On the positive side, it does provide better air circulation, without food clumping together and needing to be tossed regularly. They are easy to wash after use. The downside is that the rack sits quite deep within the pot, making it difficult to grip and lift out safely by the handles, even with the IP mini silicon mitts. As the top layers cook faster than the bottom, the trays do need to be rotated, it can be quite challenging to remove and replace them while hot. Overall, it is a useful accessory, but there are some challenges.

Great little rack, fits well in the instant pot and comes apart easily to clean and store. It seems very sturdy and works great for dehydrating food. Glad to find a 6qt rack. For the instant pot that is sturdy and well made.

This item is very easy to use and to clean. It fits and works great in my 6 qt instant pot, and I especially love it for using with my air fryer lid. I’m able to layer meat and veggies for full meals and like the flexibility of using how many racks I want.

Good quality stainless steel. Fits perfectly, works much better than the tray that comes with the instant pot air fryer lid.
