Pose by Pose: Learn the Anatomy and Enhance Your Practice (Volume 2) (Anatomy Coloring Books)

As a yoga instructor and anatomy teacher, the images and narratives are incredible and not only help my anatomy students but this will be used in my teacher training and yoga CEU courses. I think it’s a must have and an upgrade from your typical College anatomy coloring book.

I love this idea, such a helpful and informational book while still fun. One question I had was for beginners, what are the main muscle groups? The book suggests to color the groups the same color in various shades, but it's difficult to know which the groups are what falls where. A quick diagram of the human body with all of the colored groups to show this in the first few pages would be helpful.

This is a very enjoyable way to learn yoga anatomy! The book is well written and beautifully illustrated. (Even more so when YOU add the color!) I love the fun facts and practice tips sprinkled throughout the text. You will learn a lot about anatomy and the poses, and coloring is not only fun, but also reinforces the memory of the concept.Great book, good investment!

This book is so much more detailed than I expected. Each pose comes with knowledgable text that you can read while coloring. It has really helped me in my yoga teacher certification training, and helped me in forming sequences for my classes by having a better understanding of the anatomy of each pose.

I looked at many different yoga coloring books abs went with this one even though it was more expensive and it’s worth every penny! The quality of the paper is great and there is so much to learn on every page!

Incredible book for learning in a creative way!

The flash cards are supposed to be double sided and a bunch of the pages are missing one side or the other

I'm so impressed with the quality and detail of this book. I wish I'd had something similar for my pilates training. This is super for my yoga practice, especially since I'm training to teach, even if I wasn't it's a really great tool.
