I purchased this hall tree to address a foyer that was overrun by my son's sports bags and dozens of light wraps used by me and my daughter. Ordering online is dicey; you never really know the quality and durability until you order the product and it shows up. Well, we couldn't be happier with the hall tree!Shipping: Ours arrived well packaged, with all parts and hardware labeled. Nothing was missing.Assembly: The instructions are visual instead of written out, but I had no trouble following them (just take a look through them carefully before you begin, and also inventory all parts and hardware). This could be assembled by one person, but I had my 13-yr-old daughter to help me so it went together pretty quickly.Finished product: It looks sharp! It's sturdy too. The manufacturer gives weight limits for the bench, upper shelf, and hooks, so I would follow that. I have my three of my son's sports bags lined up on the bench portion, and my light wraps (about 12 of them in total) on the hooks.One caveat: I don't believe the hooks could handle significant, sustained weight (for instance, if I wanted to hang the sports bags by hook rather than sitting them on the bench). The hook assembly can handle coats and wraps no problem, probably also purses. But I don't think it would stand up to long-term use with heavy items.Overall: Very impressed, this hall tree is a real problem-solver for my family and I'd definitely buy other furniture from this manufacturer again!

I needed a good sturdy coat rack. My house has like no storage space or closets. This is a life saver. It looks so nice. I love that you can decorate the top. Come with straps to attach to wall. The metal piece ripped out of mine which made the securement a little difficult but nothing a little ingenuity couldn’t fix! Feels very sturdy (anchored to the wall appropriately. I wouldn’t get this if you are unable to anchor to wall 1000%). Holds a good amount of coats! Supports the nice & heavy carhartt jackets! If you know, you know!

It was a pain to put together, as are all of these products, but not the worst I've ever done. You really need a driver (drill) because the pilot holes they make in the MDF pieces are not always exactly where they need to be. I (54f) did not have the upper body strength to get the screws in, and had to ask the BF for help. When it was all done, it looks great. A couple screws just would not go in all the way, but they only stick out a few mms. Overall, I'm happy with it, and it holds the dogs' harnesses and leashes with plenty of room for whatever else!

We needed a bench and coat rack, and this was by far the best for us to pick. It is sturdy and beautiful. We did have a problem with one part that was damaged in shipping - and they replaced it immediately! Very happy!

The media could not be loaded.  This bench was a nice addition to my entryway. Assembly took under an hour and it's a wonderful place for guests to hang their jackets and bags. The shelf underneath is great for guests to place their shoes when they enter my home and the bench allows for them to sit on the bench to put their shoes back on comfortably. The bench isn't as sturdy as I would have liked but I haven't had any issues so far. I've gotten many compliments from family and friends alike about how great this piece enhances my entryway. For the price, I'd say this bench is a good deal.

This is pretty sturdy but unfortunately it doesn’t seem to be holding up aesthetically. The particle board is SO scratched up and the bench is pealing apart.
