Love this!! Very comfortable. Wish it had pockets, but I love it anyway!!! Buying another one for my sister for our trip to Mexico! For reference, I'm 5'4" 165lbs.

Like the Sisterhood of Traveling Pants…This beautiful kaftan fonts a large variety of sizes. When my size zero friend showed up to the beach weekend wearing it, I fell in love. She said try it on & I was like the days of us sharing clothes was gone 30 years ago (I’m an 18W).Long story short me and 6 of my friends ordered these ranging in size from 0-18W. It was my quarantine uniform and I recently ordered a new one.I have big boobs and the loop is very revealing on me so I wear it backwards. I also tie one side so I don’t trip over it.Love this! Must buy!

It was too small.This will fit a size small or medium.It's not a one size fit's all .

I love the style and the fact that it is not hot. It did shrink a little in length the first time I washed it, but it was too long to start with (I am 5'3''), so that was OK. BUT after only 2 washings, the string at the top frayed so much I had to cut the whole thing off, and the seam at the neck is starting to fray.It has been 3 years since I wrote the review above. I have washed this caftan multiple times and NO PROBLEMS. I love that it is not hot!!!! And it is very stylish. After cutting off the string at the time (which made NO DIFFERENCE in the style of the gown), and sewing the neck seam, I have had no problems. I would buy this robe again in a heartbeat.

I ordered this Caftan to wear around the house in Michigan in the winter the picture made it look a little thicker than it actually is. It is more like a bathing suit cover up than a Caftan to me. Its see threw and thin but I decided to keep it for a Caftan to wear in the summer time b/c its very pretty. I'm a 48 in the hips and this does fit me comfortably but I do believe when I wash it it's going to fit to snug so I will not dry it in the dryer.

Absolutely loved this caftan.It was true to size, not sheer and the fabric very comfortable.UNTIL I washed it.It didn’t shrink and laundered well.Instead the entire back seam of one sleeve completely disintegrated.Of course it had to happen while I was on vacation and was left without a coverup/lounge dress.Not a happy camper.

Full disclosure: This only has a slit up the front, it does not open in the front (at least, the one I received doesn't) like a robe, so "kimono" is a misleading description. It is more of a caftan. I am still ok with it though. I wore it as a swimsuit cover-up. It's sheer enough that the color of your swimsuit (or whatever you wear under it) can be seen, but still opaque enough to wear as a dress, if you like.

Def not worth the $40. Looks way better online than in person. Would have not bought if known. However, gave it one star BC merchant shipped fast and got here before expected date.
