This is a game changer. I use it, without the pump because it doesn’t work well directionally, but soaking is warm/hot water daily has made every difference. If you need this, don’t hesitate to get it. Recommended by specialist to reduce swelling, coupled with a squatty potty, and the two together changed everything.

It’s old school but I like it . I love the fact I can store it in good spot. And how easy it is too clean it .

I have suffered with rectal pain for years due to IBS. Baths help, but they are very inconvenient. I have owned sitz baths before, but they were not very easy to use, and I abandoned them quickly. I gave this sitz bath a try, and I am sure glad I did. I used it once, felt immediate relief, and have not had to use it since. I wish this bowl was deeper. No matter how little water you put in it, soon as u squeeze the pump it sprays the water and herbs all over you.
