This product is magic! I first came about it in South America travel had me completely out of sorts. This is the best aide I have ever tried. No cramping, works quickly and efficiently (within about 8hrs) and your body/metabolism are back to normal after use. I bought it for my mom who suffers from severe constipation. It works fantastically. The taste is pleasant and so is the texture. Make sure to check sugar content for those who suffer from diabetes.

Makes my urine brown, I get a little crampy before the bm that happens about 12 hours later. Doesn't cause diarrhea or urgency.

I love this Prunelax Jam, 0.38 Pound. Yes, it is a very small jar, but there is a reason it is small. It is pretty tasty, so if you had a big jar, you'd be too tempted to put too much on a piece of toast or what ever you are eating it with, and you WILL have a reaction from it! A small amount as suggested truly works as intended. But, if you like the taste of prunes/plums, be very careful to stick to that recommended amount. Don't get greedy! Don't ask me how I know, butt I found out by experience! ;)
