Good quality and fitted perfectly with my Delonghi portable AC unit replacing the manufacturer supplied version which is too short. Spent a bit of time thinking about clockwise or anticlockwise fit before ordering correctly.

I've been using this hose for the past two years with my delonghi pinguino and it's fit perfectly and is really quite long. The length means it's very easy for it to fit outside the window without it being a stretch. It's genuinely so easy to fit, you just twist the end on and put it outside of the window, the tube is quite thick but the AC has worked amazing so no critism

Very easy to connect and works really well. Had a few in the past that are very flimsy but this is fantastic

Bought to replace my pipe from a portable a/c unit I bought on amazon years ago which has deformed over time from it falling out or being pulled put. This one seems sturdier as it has the metal wiring but obviously don't start bashing it about. I didnt really know what the reverse anti clockwise stuff was about but I took a risk and ordered the anti clockwise (cheaper one) and this worked fine, I don't think it particularly matters to be honest as I can screw it either way into mine!

Have messed about with a few sizes to get the right connector for my aircon unit (Igenix IG9900) and this one is perfect and also fits the window vent, the other ones were all too big and not as good quality.

Great quality hose is needed to replace an old one

A bought this air conditioner mainly to cool the air for a few hot months in June, July, and August in Vancouver. It also works as a dehumidifier but haven't tested that yet. As an air conditioner, it works very well and is relatively quiet. At least it didn't wake me up every time it went on, so that's good. Set up was short and the only thing I had a bit of a problem with was how to outlet the hose. I have a casement window closed on the left side and bought a window covering for the other three window sides. The outlet hose has to fit into the lengthwise window opening. This is managed by two zippers that close into the hose opening top and bottom. Have managed to perch the outlet hose so it rests on the handle to open the window - if that makes any sense. Overall, I am very satisfied with the purchase and look forward to having a liveable temperature in my home when it gets hot.
