I picked up the Bestqool Red Light Therapy Device to see if it actually delivers results, and I have to say—it does. The build quality is solid, and the multiple wavelengths make a noticeable difference for both skin health and muscle recovery. Built well. Packaged nicely. Cools itself down well. Instructions are clear. Great warranty. I did a lot of research on what light to buy for home use so I can stop going to pricey medspas. ChatGPT liked this one for me because it stands on both sides, it’s a good size. You can treat the gut , vagus nerve, and the back for overall wellness. Also great for skin and hair growth. I’m excited to see the results.

A podcaster I respect and admire shared his experience in using RLT to shorten his training recovery time. I was skeptical, so did a TON of research on RLT and discovered that this therapy is the real deal with volumes of peer-reviewed studies to back it up. Then I did a TON more research on RLT units, looking at their power, configurations, and wavelengths. The more I studied, the more I came back to the Bestqool brand, which is what the podcaster ultimately purchased after all of HIS research. I couldn't be more impressed with RLT and Bestqool. The very first time I used it was for my back which I had pulled about 2 wks earlier. After 20 min of therapy, I was astonished that I could bend and pick something up off the floor without pain, as had been the case for the prior 2 weeks. My husband and I now use it every day. It has also helped tremendously with my age-related (I'm 59) thinning skin on my forearms, which would tear and bleed at the lightest bump, really awful. Finally after 3 weeks of RLT on my forearms 4 days per week, my skin is noticeably stronger and no more tears and bleeding - WOW. I am so grateful to the podcaster who suggested this unit (Thanks Asian Efficiency!) and only wish I would've learned about RLT years earlier. Just try it - you'll see.

Very well made and packed with good features. Best value for the money. Just don't get suckered into buying a set of special glasses because they are included with the unit

The unit came with a hanging "system" which consisted of basically a door hook (very heavy duty, almost too much so), some cables, a rope ratchet etc.In the instructions it shows to "hook the ratchet carabiner" to the handle...well, the handle shown ISNT THERE, lol.In it's place (and wisely so) are two 'eye hooks' mounted directly into the light. However, these 'eyehooks' are small. I believe the 4 wires were to hook to the back and hang it parallel with the ceiling. However, I opted for the door method. So, for redundancy I decided to hook ALL FOUR 'clip cables' to the main carabiner so that if for some reason one broke, the unit wouldn't go swinging..this was a perfect way to get some redundancy from the wires.... So to make this system MUCH sturdier, I 'reengineered' it with a few heavy duty key rings. As well, the upper carabiner was installed in the pulley 'upside down'. Make sure when you hook the carabiner over the 'post' on the door bracket, you hook the SMALL SIDE UP...otherwise you might run the risk of the unit popping off the post! Honestly, the directions and the hardware given are a joke for the door hanging method. What are you supposed to do for a ceiling mount, I dunno lol. As well, the door bracket should be adjustable with a clamp would be nice...its WAY too thick to fit between the jamb and the door of most doors unless you have a large gap. So, the unit its self so far seems nice, however the hanging system needed some reengineering. A few keyrings in the proper place, invert a carabiner and for the most part your good. Just probably don't plan on closing the door your hanging it on. For whatever reason, the perfect spot for us was in the bathroom (a great spot for skin contact) and we have a closet door that remains mostly open and happens to point perfectly at the shower or into the bathroom, so its going to work well. As well, they could seriously upgrade this unit by adding a simple magnet and maybe a steel stick strip? This unit (after hanging) likes to bounce around the door...not good for a $350 unit. They should include an elastic band with a clip that goes around the door or something. I rigged my own up for now with some huge rubber bands and paper clips, lol. Anyway, I'll submit some pictures once I get a chance. Full reviews later on any health/sleep/etc improvements.

The media could not be loaded. Great light. I use it everyday and my skin looks better. I feel great too. I originally bought it for the cellular repair benefits which i can’t measure but the fact I feel good is encouraging. The device comes with an information booklet which is so helpful. You can have NIR or Red light on separately or together which I like and the timer function is useful and turn the device off after a set time.
