Review: So far, so good - I started taking this one week ago, and have been so excited by what I've been seeing that--for once--I've actually been taking it regularly. I have a bad habit of thinking, "Ok, this time I'm actually going to use this vitamin/supplement" and then forgetting about it within days. Not so with this! I've taken similar things in the past, but they never gave me what I feel this does--almost immediate results you can see and feel. A friend of mine told me about these, and I skimmed through the other fish collagen products here on desertcart. I didn't want to take a powder because that seemed like a big production, so I got these instead. I took 2 the first night and the next morning, I could notice little changes already. Mind you--nothing huge, but enough that I noticed. Now I'm doing 2 in the morning, 2 at bedtime, and I continue to see great results. The little marks at the corners of my lips look to me like they've been popped out by a dent remover. The deeper lines in my forehead are still there, but more faint (of course, they're really deep--stress much?--and it's only been a week). Best of all, the crease in my neck (making me feel like I look like I was decapitated and then had my head put back on) has REALLY lessened, to the point that I keep running to the powder room to see if it still looks that way. In addition, even though I'm in the desert and it's getting colder and drier, my skin doesn't feel tight--it feels soft and plump. I missed a few in the middle of last month while on vacation, BUT--when I saw my mother at the airport, the very first words out of her mouth were, "You look so young!" Keep in mind my blessed mother is and has always been the type of mother who thinks it's important to praise one's daughter for her mind and accomplishments and not to mention her appearance. So this is a huge thing. After a month, I'm still seeing great things from this product--the changes are more gradual and less dramatic than the first week, but they're still there. Everything we wanted to fade away is still fading away. I definately notice if I don't take these--my morning face just doesn't have the same dynamic 'pop' that it does when I take 2 twice a day. Additionally, the creaky-squashy sound my knees make sometimes (no pain or anything, knock on wood) has also gone away. Funny, I didn't ever really notice that until it was gone! A: I don't see a big difference between the neocell fish collagen and theneocell marine collagen.  I ordered the fish collagen and received the marine collagen and I was irritated.  I looked at the back for the ingredients and they seem to be very close.  I just wonder if the fish collagen is too close to fish oil and maybe people were getting them confused......just a guess on my part.  I'm taking the marine collagen and I don't really see a difference in the two.I hope I helped.

I started taking this one week ago, and have been so excited by what I've been seeing that--for once--I've actually been taking it regularly. I've just begun using Fish Collagen. Taking once twice a day and having no problems adjusting to it. I take another type of Collagen once a day as well. Am hoping for stronger nails and comfortable joints in my legs. I have been buying all my supplements from a supply house but when I checked this there it was 8.00 more expensive. So, then I checked my other supplements on Amazon and found that they are cheaper on all those too. Wish I'd checked years ago. LATER: I upped my dosage to 2 twice a day and have had no problems with it at all. No aftertaste, no GI problems. I have very good skin but I'm nearly 78 so am glad to see that my skin does look even better. I'm hoping for help with joint discomfort after exercising and, of course, better nails. zi guess that may take a little longer.
