Dark Brown Metal Cast Iron Small Cricket Garden Figurine Statues

I had one of these on the hearth at our former house for years. I was sad that we somehow lost it when we moved. I was very happy to find this one as it’s exactly like the one I used to have. It’s heavy ( for its size ). Hoping it brings good luck. Every home should have a cricket on their hearth

Folklore states a cricket on the hearth is good luck. I've no hearth but this cast iron cricket is a fine addition to my knick-knack shelf. Most of the crickets I found online were too small, or too abstract in design. This one is just right, with enough detail to be immediately identified as a cricket and big enough to be seen from across the room. And, truth to fell? I do feel luckier these days!

Love the cricket! However, take note! One order is 6 crickets! I apparently wasn't paying attention thinking I ordered 3 crickets, when in fact I ordered 18!!!!!!!!! Oh well! I decided to keep them and will be giving them away for housewarming gifts, hostess gifts etc. So if you know me... you may have a cricket in your future!

Gave these as Christmas gifts a year ago along with the book, Cricket on the Hearth. All loved it. I also bought one for myself, has been sitting on my hearth over a year and looks just like it did the day I set it out.
