Such a great value and works perfect in my ho Photosmart printer

What a great value for what you get.

I received the ink quickly and well packaged. However, when trying to print all the pages come out blank. I tested my printer and it works fine in color, only the black ink I purchased doesn't work. I have tried multiple cartridges and get the same result. The value would great, if it worked. I would return if I hadn't waiting a little over 30 days to use it.

I thought I had solved most of the problems with my HP D7360 after I installed these cartridges. The printing was fine for a few days, but now it is back to the fake paper jam issue. The print cartridges are fine, but not my printer. If anyone has resolved this issue, I am interested in how you did it.

The box was delivered to my side door. No damage and all working items in it. I love my delivery folks.

The ink is expired. My printer won't let me use it. Disappointed.

My printer refused to accept this ink. It wouldn't print, period. The cartridges appeared to be cheaply made, and one of them was marked refilled. I was skeptical, but my printer refused to print. No fun!
