how much fuel does this use on a constant 24 hour run?

Hi, the inverter consumes 3.8 liter petrol per 8 hours on 25% load. During a 24 hour run this would be 11.4 liters in total. Be aware the fuel tank contains 3.8 liters so you will need to refuel every 8 hours (at 25% load as mentioned before).

Hi, whether this would be suitable or not depends on the maximum wattage you would be drawing from the appliances at any one time. The rated continuous output of this machine is 1800W, and the maximum for short bursts is 2400W, so as long as the combined wattage required by your appliances is less than this amount they you would be fine. For context, Kettles are often somewhere in the region of 1500W, and Microwaves often 800W, though this can vary, it's unlikely that you would be able to power both at once.

can i run a lead to my rooter and then use tv ect with leads

I have run tv, lap top and other small appliances in a caravan with this generator. We actually connected 2 caravans to it at the same time which worked ok with both caravans charging their batteries. It was able to run a 750watt microwave without a problem.
