Where are these made?

Hello, all of our waterfowl decoys are manufactured at our plant in Mexico. They are then transferred to our warehouse in Texas and distributed from there.

Do these decoys come with the wire to keep them in place?

Texas rig...? No they do not but can be found or made cheaper
