These balls are great. You can add or take air out depending on what is needed. I am having problems with my hips which of course goes up the back. I can put them on the hip area or back…on the floor…in a chair….in the car….has made such a difference in a short time. Myofascial release is real and you can get relief if you apply in the right area and also do the other stretches etc that will be needed.

Different sizes and density
I purchased these per the advice of my therapist. One ball was scuffed and marked as if it was used. One ball was larger and somewhat lighter inflated. The other was smaller and when I filled it with air to match the size of the other larger one it and it was far too hard. I returned them and am repurchasing because there are many benefits to use these in physical therapy. I’m hoping that was just a fluke.

Such a simple thing to do! I sit down and put these over tender areas on my back and lean back on them for about ten minutes....there is a difference...my pain level has gone way down. I highly recommend them.
