Fast and Furious
Eight is a good number as AAA batteries have a small capacity.Good news is the quick charger is just that, very quick.I've been using this brand of battery for years and my last eight finally gave out.Did not hesitate to re-up with the same.

It works, but.......
Does what it should and charges batteries. I don't like that you have to charge 2 or 4 at a time and in specific slots. Some things take odd numbers of batteries so you have to recharge one that may not need it. Charged quickly, but the batteries had a lot of charge still left when I got them, so will see how well it works when these run down.

Purchased the 8 AAA batteries with charger. After 3 month's, 7 batteries are working. One battery had died. This one will no longer charge. This one battery is not recognized in the charger, I tried 4 other chargers and none of them recognize it.

there is no indication if the batteries are charged, just red lights all the time
