Brilliant food diary better than I imagined very pleased

I've been using my diary for just over a week and I absolutely love it! It's helped me to stay focused and log everything I eat. My favourite thing about it is that not only do I log all the ingredients, I can write on the meal planner (on the same page) what the meal is. This way when I look back on 'good weeks' I'll know exactly what I ate and not just have a list of ingredients like most food diarys.

This food diary has everything in it, perfect for sw plan, comes with stickers and multiple ways to track your weight loss

Lovely thought out book to help give you motivation, I’d say some pages are unnessisary at least for me but it’s nice to be able to look on your outlook in more than one way so there’s different options for how you work personally yourself.Lovely cute inspirations in there too and fast delivery. Overall I’m please thankyou :)

The contents is great but as mentioned in another review it’s very flimsy … I was expecting something much thicker (like a pukkapad style). I would say it’s slightly overpriced…

This product is amazing, makes doing slimming world so much easier in group or alone.Its on thick paper and fun to use, nice colours and makes you want to write in.It tracks exercise, mood, you record body cm and obviously your diet.Its nice to see week to week results and then see your end results.I would reccomend this product and will be reordering once I've filled it all in.Cute stickers too

I love this so much! Love the little inserts that arrived with my book and love everything about it. Easy to follow, clear on how to use it and so encouraging, bright and colourful. Would definitely recommend.

My sister and I have just received our diaries and we LOVE them!!!It really has thought of everything, cute stickers, recipe journal, measurements, mood tracker, activity tracker, food tracker, water, vegetable, treats tracker :)I like also that the journal is 7 weeks because it is achievable and I won't lose hope feeling like I will never seen the end so I drop out. And if I feel the need I can always get a new one because the price is really affordable for what you get!The diary came with a kind hand written thank you note with a link to all socials which we appreciated very much because after investigation the diaries aren't the only cute and useful productsThanks for the great effort put into this book, so looking forward to get stuck in :)
