AirFit P30i Nasal Pillow Cushion Replacement CPAP Mask, Medium

So happy with my ResMed AirFit P30i Nasal Pillows for my CPAP Mask. Size fits perfectly, comfortable, good quality, easy to clean, durable and they work so much better for the right fit and no leakage.

Perfect. A bit pricey but better than after market products I've used.

Purchased for my husband to change out the nasal pillow on the ResMed AirTouch N30i frame. He’s a side and stomach sleeper and this works perfectly with no issues. The silicone is soft and smooth, allowing for a comfortable fit. Only complaint is it is a little difficult for me to remove and replace. But it could be because I’m scared to pull to hard and possibly break it. My husband doesn’t seem to have any issues.

I was using the original N30i that came with my mask and it was always moving around and restricting my air flow. The design of the P30i causes the airflow to stay focused and centered in my nostrils for a dramatic improvement in my AHI numbers. It was an important discovery for me. Resmed sealed packaging. Very pleased. Highly recommend.

ResMed changed its “QuietAir Vent” design yet again in spring 2023. Frustrating! ResMed has now released its third version over just a few years. It’s apparent that the company is struggling with breathability versus too much air exhaust fanning all over one’s face and body. Personally, I much prefer the design (version 2 of 3), with the solid plastic over the vent. You still feel a wisp of air and but it’s not bothersome — breathability is good. The newest style with airhole vents in front released in spring 2023 blows air like crazy — a deal killer for me. If you prefer the previous design—to extend the life of the vent itself you can carefully pull out the inner filter material every month or so. It’s identical to the filter material used to regularly replace in ResMed’s CPAP machines. Cut carefully to size and slide in to replace the filtration material.
