Simply the best. The orange pad was a nice surprise!
Rhodia paper is simply top-notch. But the orange pad was a very nice surprise!I purchase the black 8.25 x 12 Dot Pads quite frequently for calligraphy practice and work, and have done so for the past couple years. Amazon (like the wizards they are) recommended this pack to me of the Orange and the Black pad. When I first received them, I had a really hard time figuring out the difference between the two. I discovered that the dots on the orange pad are smaller and lighter. Now, this is a bonus for me for personal reasons, but if it helps anyone else out. Typically, I'll write my calligraphy pieces and then take a photo or scan them. Depending on the coverage of the artwork, those pesky dots can be a pain to remove in a photo. With the orange pad and lighter dots, bumping up the exposure a notch before taking a photo does wonders for my photos. I'll surely be ordering more of these! To the quality, as I mentioned, Rhodia is amazing. I do a lot of pointed pen work with dip pens and the ink never bleeds on this paper. I've tried them all and I highly recommend it for any kind of work.

Other notebooks might as well not exist
My love affair with Rhodia products is borderline scandalous. I never thought I'd feel this strongly about a piece of stationary, but here I am, confessing my love for a notebook of paper on Amazon. But it's not just any old paper, is it? No! It's dot paper. It's fantastic quality. It's wonderful to write on, draw on, doodle on.I break this puppy out whenever I need to do creative work. Sure, I could use printer paper or a Composition notebook or something else much cheaper, but this paper just feels *so good* to use. This is the type of paper that matches the importance or quality of whatever you're working on. Our forefathers would have used this to write the Declaration of Independence if they had the chance.Basically what I'm saying is that I like it a lot

Rhodia is the best.
Rhodia is the best. I will say it again. I have tried many but this is what I always come back too. I have bought these so many times in so many different sizes. I will always purchase these before anything else.

My favorite writing pads
Rhodia pads are my very favorite. They have the smoothest writing surface, and the fact that they are perforated at the top instead of the side means they're also great for lefties. I use them for my calligraphy practice, and the nib of my pen never catches or snags. The dot pad is nice because you have a subtle guide without having solid lines or grids. I haven't had any ink that bleeds on this paper, it's fantastic. Great pads overall!

Très bien
Rhodia paper is great and works well with fountain pen ink. The papes are perforated at the top so you can rip them out. If you fold over the paper over the top to write on the back you'll only be able to use like 3/4 of the page but that's fine. Package arrived within 3 days too which is great. Thanks

Paper is so smooth and dreamy!
This paper is dreamy! It handles fountain pens and many other mediums so well! I love the extra space in the 19 pad vs the 18 pad. I use the paper to make my own bullet journal. Will definitely be buying again.

This paper is awesome. I really dislike most graph paper because the lines are as dark as pencil strokes, so the dot pattern is ideal. This paper is thick and smooth--so nice to write on. The only improvements would be 3-hole-punching and letter sizing options.
