I suggest sizing it to where you have adjustment on just the one side of the strap necessary and sewing the other strap to itself to make a permanent fit. In my experience when wearing on a day while working and getting sweaty and the brace getting wet. The straps going through the buckle would slide to one side of the buckle and get loose. After dying out it was fine until it got wet again. I was able to work all day with it on. Which is something I haven't been able to do for quite some time as my weak shoulder would give out because if fatigue or I would have to stop because if pain. The very first day I used the product wasn't great. After I learned the best adjustment for the support I needed. I was able to work outside all day. Digging, chopping wood and push mowing.
