The pillows have been compressed for a long time. Let the pillows recover to their initial shape for at least 48 hours in a warm place.

Why do the pillows smell?

The pillows have been stored for a long time. Let it ventilate for at least 48 hours.

Why do the foams turn yellow?

All foams oxidize and turn yellow after some time. This is a completely natural process that the foam goes through and in no way impairs the effectiveness of the foam.

The pillow cover is not waterproof, but it is removable and washable. We also offer replacement covers if you need some extra for your pillow.
