Not recommended
The straps have a inner layer of velvet like material but the edges of the shoe are hard for tiny feet who are walking for the first time. I bought this to encourage my 15 mnth old child to walk due to the chu chu sound but the shoe is pricking in her feet and she is unwilling to wear it. So it does not solve the purpose for me. Sadly no return available.
