Will this hold the Niji colored leads (Yasutomo & Company)?

For as long as they are 2.0mm in diameter, you will have no problem. The Pencil is quite large in length, so far it has accommodated all the leads in my stash: Steadtler, Uni Mitusbishi, Rotring and Maruzen Arts.

How many pencils do you get? what color leads?

Its just one pencil and a peice of HB lead. It comes with its own lead sharpener wich is nice since it won't fit in to a barrel Sharpener.

Do these come in other colors, particularly metallic colors?!

Not metallic. This is a wooden lead holder, meaning it’s meant to be appreciated as that. There are colored versions available from Kitaboshi and another brand called Penco

Will this work with prismacolor turquoise lead refills?

No. It will not. For some reason the Turquoise 2mm leads are ever so slightly thinner than other 2mm leads (I know, I know... 2mm should be 2mm) and they fall right out. It works fine with other 2mm leads I have tried.
