Writing this review after 4 days of usage.Got the product really fast, thanks to Amazon service.At first it might look like it doesn't have the resistance for 14 kgs, but you can really stretch it for much larger resistance without getting too nervous about breaking it.The chart provided is helpful to some extent but you can always refer to YouTube videos for better usage.All in all, a good product from joyfit.

I'm a guy weighing 82Kg working out from past 7 years. Built. I lift heavy weights in gym 15kg to 25kg. I'm forced to do home workouts due to the corona outbreak.. Bought this black band because it offers the highest resistance. Here is my review. It's awesome. No cracks. Provides proper resistance. Feels like your lifting 12kg - 15kg. This is good for biceps workout. Back workout. And many more yet to identify. If your looking to do some stretches go for lighter range. I'm going to order a lower resistance one to do shoulder stretches. It's a good buy. Price is expensive though. Should have been 500 to 600.

Hard enough to withstand enough weight. I use for chest exercise and biceps. I am just a beginner so I used yellow tube first, I started to get result for my biceps in 1 months. You can also tone your any muscles by doing certain different exercise using this tube and with the help of YouTube. So overall I am happy with this product.Don't skip your exercise more than 1 day because your body will be in pain after 2 days gap, and this resistance tube acts just like dumbbell. If you are a beginner and could't have time to go to Gym then this is for you.

I've been using this for 20 days everyday, only for band pull aparts for the shoulder. I ordered the yellow color band. The band has not snapped. I am happy with this product and it works as expected. I don't rough use it and try my best to use it gently. It is packaged well too.

Reviewing after 2 months of daily use.Am a person who does regular workout with moderate weights.About the product.Its good. Sturdy,. door handle is also good.If u are planng to replace it for weights, use grades above blue.For warm ups, blue is excellent.
